By accessing our website, booking our services, or participating in our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1.3 Capacity
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Our Services
2.1 Service Description
Dissoendoc provides oratory skills training services including:
- Presentation Mastery: Individual and group training for professional presentations
- Public Speaking Excellence: Confidence building and advanced speaking techniques
- Debate & Argumentation: Skills for persuasive communication and structured debate
- Corporate Training: Customized programs for organizations
- One-on-one Coaching: Personalized training sessions
- Online Resources: Digital training materials and content
2.2 Service Availability
Services are provided subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
2.3 Service Standards
We commit to providing professional, high-quality training services delivered by qualified instructors. While we strive for excellence, individual results may vary based on participant engagement and application of learned techniques.
3. Booking and Registration
3.1 Course Registration
To register for our services:
- Complete the registration form with accurate information
- Review course details, dates, and pricing
- Make payment as required
- Receive confirmation of your booking
3.2 Registration Requirements
You must provide:
- Accurate personal and contact information
- Any relevant background information requested
- Dietary requirements or accessibility needs
- Emergency contact details where required
3.3 Confirmation
Your registration is confirmed when:
- You receive written confirmation from us
- Payment has been processed successfully
- All registration requirements are met
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
All prices are:
- Quoted in Australian dollars (AUD)
- Inclusive of GST where applicable
- Subject to change with reasonable notice
- As displayed on our website or quoted in writing
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is required:
- Individual Courses: Full payment at time of booking
- Corporate Training: 50% deposit on booking, balance 7 days before course
- Extended Programs: Payment plan options available by arrangement
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept payment by:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank transfer
- Corporate purchase orders (approved accounts only)
4.4 Late Payment
Overdue accounts may result in:
- Suspension of access to services
- Late payment fees
- Referral to debt collection agencies
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Your Cancellation Rights
Individual Courses:
- More than 14 days before course: Full refund less 10% administration fee
- 7-14 days before course: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before course: No refund, but credit note valid for 12 months
Corporate Training:
- More than 30 days before training: Full refund less 15% administration fee
- 14-30 days before training: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days before training: No refund, but rescheduling available
5.2 Our Cancellation Rights
We may cancel services due to:
- Insufficient enrollment numbers
- Instructor illness or unavailability
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or alternative booking at no additional cost.
5.3 Transferring Bookings
You may transfer your booking to another person or course date subject to:
- At least 7 days' notice
- Availability in the alternative course
- Payment of any price difference
- Administration fee of $50
5.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Your Responsibilities
6.1 Participation
You agree to:
- Attend sessions punctually and prepared
- Participate actively and constructively
- Respect other participants and instructors
- Follow safety and venue guidelines
- Complete any required pre-course materials
6.2 Conduct
You must not:
- Engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
- Use discriminatory or offensive language
- Record sessions without permission
- Share confidential course materials
- Attempt to solicit other participants for commercial purposes
6.3 Health and Safety
You must:
- Disclose any health conditions that may affect participation
- Follow all safety instructions
- Report any incidents or concerns immediately
- Comply with venue safety requirements
6.4 Technology Requirements
For online courses, you are responsible for:
- Reliable internet connection
- Compatible device and software
- Quiet, professional environment
- Backup technical arrangements
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
All course materials, including but not limited to:
- Training manuals and handouts
- Presentation slides and videos
- Exercises and assessments
- Online content and resources
Are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property.
7.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Use course materials for your personal learning
- Apply learned techniques in your professional practice
- Refer to materials for your own training purposes
7.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Reproduce or distribute our materials without permission
- Use our content for commercial training purposes
- Remove copyright notices or attributions
- Reverse engineer or copy our methodologies
7.4 Your Content
Any feedback, suggestions, or testimonials you provide may be used by us for marketing and improvement purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Limitations
While we strive to provide high-quality training, we cannot guarantee:
- Specific outcomes or results from our training
- Career advancement or employment opportunities
- Elimination of speaking anxiety or fears
- Suitability for all individual learning styles
8.2 Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use of learned techniques
- Technical issues with online platforms
8.3 Liability Cap
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or health emergencies
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Strike, labor disputes, or supplier failures
- Technical failures or cyber attacks
- Transportation disruptions
In such cases, we will:
- Notify you as soon as reasonably possible
- Work to minimize disruption
- Offer alternative arrangements where possible
- Provide appropriate remedies including refunds if necessary
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you also consent to our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute:

- We will investigate and respond within 14 business days
- We will work with you to find a reasonable resolution
12.2 Mediation
If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, either party may refer the matter to mediation through a recognized mediation service.
12.3 Legal Proceedings
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal proceedings must be commenced in the courts of New South Wales.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific course agreements, constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
13.2 Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes and publish updated Terms on our website with a new effective date.
13.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13.4 Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition will be binding unless in writing. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
13.5 Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations with reasonable notice to you.
13.6 Survival
